In late 2004 Julia and her cranchers started sharing the experiment she did on the 51000 employees in google, after all the surveys and the interviews and the analysses for the three years of the project, and she still found it hard to find the key for psychological safety, and it was hard to find, and she hoped that by publishing the paper someone might help her, and actually one did, a former SWAT dude.
